Welcome!
Hi there! My name is Abby (she/her/hers) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate (License #206173) located in Lubbock, Texas. I take a trauma-informed, systemic approach to therapy, with a strong commitment to creating a safe, affirming space for clients of ALL backgrounds—especially those with marginalized identities.
I was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, where I attended Texas Tech University. Over the course of five years, I obtained two degrees—a B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences and an M.S. in Couple, Marriage, and Family Therapy.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I have a special passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ children and adolescents alongside their families as they navigate life’s challenges together. I believe in the healing power of relationships and strive to help my clients build stronger, more connected ones—whether within themselves, their families, or their communities.

I aim to promote positive transformation, authenticity, and healing for all of my clients, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, or ethnicity.
This means that regardless of what brings you to therapy, you will be celebrated for what makes you who you are. Pride & Pathways is welcoming to all people, couples, and families, and I am trained in understanding the unique experiences of LGBTQIA+ people and their families.
